Stephanie June Kelleher
Principal Occupational Therapist
Stephanie is our principal Occupational Therapist and co-founder of DBB. She is passionate about supporting people who experience psychosocial disabilities, and erasing the stigma that comes with mental health. Stephanie has provided services through a range of renowned institutions such as Alfred Health, Headspace and Latrobe Regional Hospital from 2016 to 2021. In 2021 Stephanie co-founded 'Doing Being Becoming', in order to expand her reach and offer thoughtful and heart-centred OT within the community of Gippsland. She has recently expanded her services to include infant occupational therapy. Stephanie also spent several years conducting medico-legal reports; thus, she is proficient in completing thorough assessments and reports utilising robust terminology. With over 10 years’ experience, Stephanie is proficient in offering OT services within NDIS, understanding the language required to adequately assess clients and provide comprehensive reports as well as offer evidence-based intervention plans underpinned by collaborative care.

Holly Vitale
Senior Occupational Therapist
Holly is an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor and certified Somatic EMDR Practitioner with expertise in trauma-informed care, neuroaffirming practices, and mental health with over 7 years of experience in the field. With a background in paediatric and adult occupational therapy, Holly brings a holistic, person-centered approach to her work. Holly has worked in diverse settings, including schools, clinics, and home-based care, and holds a Master of Occupational Therapy and specialized certifications in trauma and rehabilitation counselling. Holly is proficient in offering OT services within NDIS, understanding the language required to adequately assess clients and provide comprehensive reports as well as offer evidence-based intervention plans underpinned by collaborative care.
